Express Your InterestWhat Your Day Looks Like as a GP
When you first join, we start you with a reduced patient load — as few as 2-3 patients per hour — so you have time to learn our systems and settle in. We then gradually increase your patient flow as you're ready. Our established GPs typically see 3-4 patients per hour.
Your patients already trust our brand, so about 80% of the trust gap is covered before you meet them. We'll help you create an introduction video so patients can see your personality before they book — this builds rapport before the first consultation.
We provide full administrative and nursing support. Our admin team handles billing, bookings, and correspondence. Our nursing team provides clinical support, patient preparation, and health coaching. You focus on medicine.
We do not currently have capacity for Level 1 Supervision for overseas trained doctors requiring supervision.
Nurses
Are you a fantastic nurse who loves helping people and is always looking to improve? We might be the right place for you.
Our nursing team are integral to the care we provide to patients and GPs. You'll have varied days with a lot of face-to-face patient time, health coaching, and clinical support.
We invest in our team — minimum 20 hours of professional development per year, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive culture where you're valued.

Admin Team
Our GPs see over 30,000 patients a year across three clinics. A lot of support is required for the clinical team to deliver this level of care — and that's where you come in.
You'll be the first point of contact for patients, the backbone of GP support, and a key part of how we deliver an excellent experience every day.
